Outlook: how to reset a sync / restart a new sync?

If you would like to reset the Kylook Add-In in order to “force” a complete new sync, please follow these steps:

Open your web browser and login to your Kylook account on the web (www.kylook.com/en/login) using your Kcode (2) and password (3)

Go into the tap “Sync with” (1), select the device (2), in the tap “Device” (3) click on the button “Remove device” (4)

Now to your Outlook

Start Outlook, after some seconds the Kylook Add-In will display a message informing about the “Remove Outlook sync

(1) click on Add-Ins,
(2) open the Kylook Add-In ,
(3) click on setting,
(4) Enter your Kcode and password,
(5) Clic on  “connect and sync now

Kylook will start a complete new sync.
