If you would like to reset the Kylook Add-In in order to “force” a complete new sync, please follow these steps:
Go into the tap “Sync with” (1), select the device (2), in the tap “Device” (3) click on the button “Remove device” (4)
Now to your Outlook
Start Outlook, after some seconds the Kylook Add-In will display a message informing about the “Remove Outlook sync“
Kylook will start a complete new sync.
