You can select the groups you want to sync with your different email accounts associated with your Kylook-account.
Of course you can also select different groups for each e-mail account or device.
This is an effective way to share different information with different people!
When you add a new Gmail or Yahoo account
When you add a new Gmail or Yahoo account to your Kylook account, you can select groups to be synchronized.
After you have given your OK to Gmail or Yahoo, but before the synchronization starts, you will see the available Kylook groups in each account.
(3) & (4) Select the group or groups you want to sync and click (6) “Save & Sync”.
Remark: on the right side (5) you can see which goups are available in the Kylook and third party account (in this case Gmail)
Ready! Kylook will sync ONLY the contacts of the selected groups. Important: Kylook DO NOT delete groups/contacts that were not selected.
From that moment any changes (add, delete or modify) that were made in your selected groups will be automatically synchronized.
But you also have the option of synchronizing all your contacts, regardless of whether they belong to a group or not. In this case, you need to click (3) “All contacts and groups“.
You can change anytime the groups that will be synchronized. You can do this in the section “Sync with“.
Select the account you choose which group or groups, or clear the selection and click “Save & Sync“.
Remember that whatever changes in the selected groups will be synchronized.
For example, if you add a contact to the group, this contact will be also automatically synced.
Kylook performs bidirectional synchronization, also, what change in Kylook, also changes in the other account, and vice versa!
Important: The unselected groups are NOT deleted but simply NOT synchronized. If you want to delete contacts of these groups, then you must delete them directly into your account. These contacts are not deleted from Kylook because they are not synchronized.
* You can also select groups to be synced with Smartphones and tables,
