App: How to reset a device sync / restart a new sync?
For Android & iOS (Apple, iPhone, iPad…) devices:
If you would like to reset the Kylook APP in order to “force” a complete new sync, please follow these steps:
Open your web browser and login to your Kylook account on the web (www.kylook.com/en/login) using your Kcode (2) and password (3)
Go into the tap “Sync with” (1), select the device (2), in the tap “Device” (3) click on the button “Remove device” (4)
After some seconds the Kylook App will show the Log in / register screen
Please log in with your Kcode and password, Kylook will start a complete new sync.

Almost every APP on your device CAN read the “Standard” Android Contact List.
Protect your privacy
For important contacts, those you want to protect from thefts, we recommend you not to sync these contacts with the Standard Device Address Book. Your contact list will be safer if you keep these only in your Kylook APP!
